The Sound Way Guarantee*

APPLICABLE FOR HOME USERS ONLY

The Sound Way will refund the full purchase price of the program to any Home Purchaser, less postage and handling, whenever the four very reasonable conditions of the guarantee are met. 

1. The quality of the written work produced within the Student Manual must reflect a sustained effort on the part of the student. Specifically, the standard of the work should equate to that which is being modelled and taught by the video teacher.
2. Students must complete the first seven (7) video lessons within 30 days of the purchase date.  
3. A scan or photocopy of page 14 of the Student Manual must accompany any written claim. 
4. Any claim pursuant to this guarantee must be received by The Sound Way within 30 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible.
